In the living area, guests are drawn in by a spellbinding fireplace, made of Selkirk granite from Idaho, which repeats throughout the interior and exterior. We never wanted even one piece of furniture to compete with this amazing view, only to nurture it. And so, we designed custom-made sofas, which were scaled to fit perfectly and nest into the corner window, giving access to the view to all that sit there and take it in. We also hid the large television above the fireplace behind a recessed wall mirror to celebrate the light and views even more.

The foyer of this modern farmhouse incorporates features that elevate and personalize the aesthetic, from the front door painted in the owner's favorite blue, to the brushed-white-oak planked bifold doors at the bar. The clients wanted a neutral palette overall, but were open to using blue in some areas.

The custom vanity was inspired by a piece of apothecary furniture. Drawers were made to look like small compartments but actually operate as one unit- Drawers in center; pullout grooming drawer (electrified) on right side, and on the far left, pull out drawer with Rev-a-Shelf acrylic storage bins. Bottom pullout shelves are a dream for our client as she can easily access all of her tinctures, oils and supplements! The solid piece of antique mirror was painstakingly designed to accommodate recessed medicine cabinets, sconces, and electrical outlets. Adding architectural crown molding above the mirror with LED light creates drama and mystery while drawing the eye upward taking advantage of the vertical space.

We created an open floor plan by moving the vanity on the big wall and the enclosed shower with all the spa features on the right. We created an arch opening for the custom closet cabinets on the left. We designed a nook with a window for clients to relax while dressing.
